Please note that we have changed the planned schedule of the conference on "International Political Economy of East Asia: A Multicultural Perspective." It has been postponed to September 26-28 in order to engage more participants and to have a more thorough agenda. We sincerely apologize for bringing you so much trouble, especially to those friends who have endured a prolonged procedure preparing to come to Taiwan.

We promise you there will be a much better program in the new plan. And you are most expected and welcome to join the expanded conference then.
